Nearly all our employees are fluently bilingual, English/Spanish. We currently have an almost 3000 seat capacity and growing at our near-shore, state-of-the-art facilities. We provide for the execution of operations from short term marketing and sales campaigns to longer-term back-office functions constituting a few dozen or several hundred agents. These operations include but are not limited to tasks including lead generation, sales and support, telemarketing, customer retention, fundraising, surveying, collecting debts or scheduling appointments.
